Hotel Policies

At Canario Boutique Hotel, we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please take a moment to review our official policies to ensure a smooth stay.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Please review our cancellation policy before confirming your reservation.

10-Day Cancellation Policy: Direct reservations must be canceled by email and confirmed by Canario Boutique Hotel at least ten (10) days before arrival to avoid penalties. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.

Cancellation & No-Show Charges: Direct reservations canceled within ten (10) days of arrival and no-shows are subject to a charge of 100% of the total reservation amount. No refunds are issued for late arrivals, early departures, or unused nights.

Reservation Commitment: Upon confirmation, Canario Boutique Hotel reserves and holds your accommodations, making them unavailable to other guests. The hotel fulfills its reservation commitment by holding the confirmed room available for your scheduled stay, regardless of whether you arrive or occupy it.

Unforeseen Circumstances: Cancellation penalties apply to medical emergencies, illness, flight cancellations or delays, hurricanes, tropical storms, severe weather, natural disasters, personal emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Transportation Responsibility: Canario Boutique Hotel is not responsible for airline cancellations, delays, missed connections, or other transportation disruptions. Such circumstances do not exempt guests from applicable cancellation or no-show charges when the hotel remains open and the reserved accommodations are available.

Third-Party Booking (OTA) Reservations: Reservations made through third-party booking platforms, including Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, or other online travel agencies (OTAs), must be canceled or modified directly through the original booking provider. The guest’s booking agreement is established through the selected vendor and is subject to that vendor’s applicable reservation, cancellation, and refund terms. Contacting the hotel directly does not constitute a valid cancellation of an OTA reservation. Guests are responsible for completing the cancellation process through the original booking provider and obtaining confirmation.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, transportation disruptions, hurricanes, and other weather-related events.

All charges and restrictions are subject to applicable law.
